Birthdays, tooths and celebrations

Well it has been a while! Sorry about that folks. Time definately escapes me these days!

SOooo....since my lsat BLOG my sister turned 19 YEARS OLD!!! Oh man is it weird! I remember her being Ashers size and now she is 19 and I keep having to remember what I was like at 19...hhmm...do I sound like I am getting old??? hee hee hee

Well I just love my sister to death. We have had such a great relationship and even though I wish we could spend a little more time together these busy days I am very proud of her (most of the time) and I love the woman she is becoming. She is so strong in who she is and she does not care what people think of her. She is so much fun to be around and she is so her own person. She is looking into nursing schools which is what I wish I would have gone for and so I am so jealous and proud of her and I look forward to seeing the woman she becomes. Here are a few pictures of her...

This is from almost 5 years ago...

This is about 5 years ago- when she attempted to make brownies....

her 'personality' coming through....

Here we are in Seattle about 4 years ago...

And here she is now- a beautiful senior in high school about to leave one phase of her life and enter another....

SOOOOO......After her birthday we had a very nice Thanksgiving! It was Ashers first and he was able to enjoy a feast of mashed potato's, sweet potato's, stuffing, cranberries, dinner roll peices and a tiny taste of pie. We ate a lovely dinner with my family then headed over to Aaron's Grandma's house to spend some time with his family. We had a great day!

I forgot to take my camera in at Aaron's Grandma's house. Sorry about that Hays peeps!

Then I turned a whopping 27!!! I DO NOT feel 27! I feel more like 19! But I am loving my life and can't believe that I ahve been married for over 4 years with a baby! I have such a loving family and so many wonderful friends that I am very blessed indeed! My favorite gift that came were Asher's 2 bottom teeth!!! MY BABY HAS TEETH!!!

Look at those chompers

Next in line we need to take a moment to simply enjoy Asher's total cuteness!!!

Like Mother like son...

A man after my own heart! Ha ha ha

SSOOOOoooo.....then we had Aaron's work holiday party and we had a blast! They always throw a great party and it is fun and almost feels like a family get together. They always have some random form of entertainment and this year they had a MAriachi band and Asher was COMPLETELY fascinated with them. He would twist and stretch to keep his eyes on them as they walked around....

Our little family

They ALSO always do some fun thing involving the employees. This year they had a wrestling match between two of the biggest employees who represented a rival company and the owner who is nearly 70 years old and his team mate was one of the skinniest guys. Of course the owner and his teammate won but it was an entertaining few rounds!!!!

We had a great time and Asher was an angel as always. We were there for about 5 hours and he only took a 1/2 hour nap- which happened to be during the vice presidents speech and Asher was snoring the whole time! We laughed about that! But he did great and flirted with all the ladies!

THEN the next day we went to my parents house to celebrate Channukah!!! YEA!!!!
We had a wonderful time and ate too much and spoiled each other with lots of presents! I got busy and stopped taking pictures but here are some before we opened presents....

Chana needs a gold star because she was Hunter's personal play buddy ALL night. We kept hearing him yell "hey Chana! Come here!" It was so funny!

Yummy!!!!

Sooooo....that is about it! We have Aaron's Brother, his wife Rachel and their son Levi coming soon so we are so excited to see them and watch the boys play together. I will try to not take so long to update my next BLOG.

So that is all from us for now!!!
