big boy room!

Ok, it happened, another event that proves to me yet again, that I have a little boy. We re-decorated Ashers room! The child LOVES dinosaurs so it was time, the nursery had to go, big boy room had to come in. Here are some pictures...

But first- lets remember what the sweet little nursery looked like...it was kind of sad for me to change it- I was remembering how I put those bubbles up while hugely pregnant and not knowing if we were having a boy or girl....

Asher just adores his new room! He used to care less about being up there but ever since we changed it he wants to play in there all the time now. Even in the morning- we used to come right down the stairs and have milk and watch Curious George (which I LOVED to do- snuggle time with my baby!) but nope. Now I have to put him right down so he can play. As soon as I come in the door from work he hugs me then runs to the stairs, points up and says "UP! Asher UP!"

Asher stands at the top of the steps with his hockey stick and hits his play balls down the stairs and yells "Asher shoot, goal!!!" ha ha ha- do you think he comes from a family of hockey fans?








On Saturday or Sunday night Asher and I have 'movie night' and he picks the movie then we make popcorn and have chocolate milk and watch a movie in our jammies- I LOVE it and so does Asher! no matter what he is doing I can ask him "want to put on jammies and have movie night?" and he says "yeah!" and runs to where we keep his jammies- it is so cute
