38 weeks!!

So once again NOTHING new to say. I am sorry I am such a boring pregger! I went for my check up this past week and everything was the same. I went over to the hospital to check out the maternity ward and it freaked me out slightly because it REALLY hit me that I am going to be there pushing out a baby- YIKES!

Aaron had his birthday yesterday and I told him I would try and not go into labor! He said I better not because he did not want to spend his birthday in the hospital!! But as you can all see below, I am still VERY pregnant! We did not do much to celebrate his birthday- we waited until tonight to really celebrate because we will have a few people over for our Passover sedar...

So tonight we are celebrating Passover with a traditional dinner called a sedar. We are a little late traditionally but that is okay! I love this celebration because it means soo much spiritually but also because it really reminds me of spring and new life and I have one of those coming soon!!! Here is a very quick explanation of Passover-

Pesach (Passover) begins on the night of the fifteenth day of the month of Nissan and lasts for eight days. This holiday commemorates the departure of the nation of Israel from Egypt. Pesach marks the birth of the Jewish people as a nation led by Moshe (Moses) over 3000 years ago. This is a as much a celebration of our spiritual freedom as the physical liberation from slavery. The highlight of Pesach is the observance of the Seder, a unique ceremony performed on the first two evenings of Passover. At the Seder, we eat different special foods, we tell the story of our departure from Egypt, we sing songs and praises, and say special prayers. Other than that nothing new. Like I said I am kind of boring right now. Here is a 38 week picture...

That is about it- So to everyone- HAG SAMEACH!!! which literally means "joyous festival" Hope your weekend is wonderful!
