I know I just did an update but I don't know if it is the shirt I am wearing or what but I thought I looked huge today and like I had dropped so I decided to post another pic.
I went to a baby shower today where a woman said- and I quote- "You don't even look like you are going to have a baby..." I KNOW I gave her the stupidest look in the world. How on earth could you look at me and allow those words to come out of your mouth? I just sat there and stared at her for about a full minute then sputtered "have you seen me?" then she goes "well, you don't look like you are due in 2 days!" ummm...ok... I just thought I would share that moment with you all...
Ok so here is my lovely bump...
And even though the porch is not done I am going to update anyways-
Here is the house last year at this time
We had uneven and cracked steps and sidewalk- the sidewalk went around the side of the porch- there was a pond right in front of the porch and only one old light on the porch
Since that picture was taken a lot of the brick work was re-done- I think it is called re pointing- you can see the light spots on the house where it was done, a new garage door, with the sudden and mysterious dying to our fish in the pond- we decided just to fill it in, part of the hillside was dug out and a walkway put against the house where a door will soon be for entry into the basement, the new steps and sidewalk put in which come up to the front of the porch and not the side, new lights put on the house and a new front door!!!
It will look much better once the landscaping is done and new porch put on but here is an in-process picture
And last but not least here is the old ugly door that was crazy loud when you opened and closed it..
and our new beautiful QUIET door!
Ok- that is just another look into our busy lives...
