EVICTION NOTICE

TO: Baby Schilke
Currently residing in the womb of Chaia Schilke

Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 540:2, you are hereby given an eviction notice and notice to vacate, on or before May 4th, 2009, the premises and appurtenances owned by Chaia Schilke of the city of Pittsburgh, in the County of Westmoreland, Pennsylvania, which premises are now occupied by you.

THE REASON FOR THIS EVICTION NOTICE IS

Your failure to arrive in the world and in arrears when demanded pursuant to RSA 540:2 (a). A demand to go into labor served upon you April 28th, 2009 and you have refused and neglected to arrive for the period April 28th to May 3rd, 2009.

You are hereby notified of your right to avoid this eviction, prior to the expiration of this notice of all the arrearages plus damages, in accordance with RSA 540:9, provided however that you may not defeat an eviction by fact of modern medicine after an Eviction Notice is given by the Doctors of West Penn Forbes Campus.

Substantial damage done to the premises pursuant to RSA 540:2 (b) as follows:

Weight gain and stretch marks

Your failure to comply with a material term of the lease pursuant to RSA 540:2 (c) as follows:

To have vacated the premises within 9 months or by April 28th, which ever occured first, as agreed upon by mother nature and the doctors prediction.

Behavior by you or members of your family which adversely affects the health or safety of the other tenants or the landlord pursuant to RSA 540:2 (d), or your failure to accept suitable relocation in RSA 130-A:8-a, I, as follows:

Being as you are most likely between 7-8 lbs and 20-21" I can no longer see my feet and there is a tripping hazard.
